Tarot Tiles was a custom designed clay tile project for Durham University Library and Art Collections, held at the historical Palace Green Library located on the UNESCO world heritage site in the City of Durham. The session explored the art of Tarot, looking at the symbols and archetypes historically used in Tarot, and how this can be used as a vessel for understanding the complexities of life.

In the session each participant was presented with a small booklet with information about the workshop, keywords, imagery and line drawings of symbolic imagery that participants were able to use as templates. This workshop was for Durham University students, staff and members of the public, acting as an accessible therapeutic activity during exam periods, in May 2023.
